Matt Mixon
Matt, a native of Vidalia, Georgia has been in Clarkesville since 1995. He is the owner and operator of an insurance agency and has been in the insurance business since 1989. Matt has been the managing partner in various real estate ventures in the area.  Matt received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He is actively involved in many community activities and serves on several Boards of Directors. Matt is married to his college sweetheart, Joely, and has two children. They reside in Clarkesville and attend Grace Calvary Episcopal Church. 

Bill Gresham
Bill, a native of Atlanta relocated to Clarkesville in 1999 seeking a simpler lifestyle.  He is the owner of Gresham Planning & Development, a surveying and engineering company that has been in existence since 1983.  In addition to being a Registered Land Surveyor, Bill holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Horticulture from the University of Georgia.  He couples his love of the natural world with his gift for land planning and thus minimizes the impact of the development with the end result being one that is aesthetically pleasing as well as environmentally responsible.  Bill is a member of Grace Calvary Episcopal Church and has served in several leadership capacities there. Bill is also involved with the Clarkesville Greenways Project.  Bill is married to Lane and they are the proud parents of three very active children.

Our Vision A couple of years of patience resulted in a culmination of 5 tracks of land and over 600 linear feet of small town America being purchased and redeveloped. A residential area that connects the neighborhoods of the past with a new updated lifestyle of in-town living. We want life to be easier here.
