  1. Can I buy a lot directly from the developer?  Yes.

  2. Can I buy a lot for speculative reasons?  No.  Each home site will be inclusive of a purchase/design/build concept with the construction commencing no later than 12 months after lot purchase. Click HERE for pricing

  3. Who owns the amenities?  The developer will own and maintain the amenity area until The Village is 60% occupied, then it will be turned over to the Homeowners’s Association.

  4. When may we start building our home? Homesites will be available July 1st.

  5. Can I pick out my own home design?  Yes, provided the plans fit in with the overall feel and concept of the community and meets the approval of the Architectural Review Board.

  6. Who is on the Architectural Review Board?  Once the development is turned over to the HOA the two developers and whoever the residents elect to serve.

  7. May I reserve a lot, submit my plans to the ARB, and get a refund if the plans are not approved?  Yes.  You many reserve a lot with a deposit of $5,000.00 provided you submit your plan drawings and the questionnaire simultaneously.  The ARB will review and provide an answer within two weeks of the application filing.  If the plans are approved the $5,000 will be applied towards the purchase price.  If the plans are not approved, a full refund of the deposit will be returned.

  8. What amenities will be offered?  Resident and their accompanied guests will enjoy:
